Chimayo Sunset Rub
| Wonderful on all pork barbecue. Spinkle on anything that needs a bit of flair, nice on fruit, duck, and fish as well. |

- 1/2 cup Mild Chimayo Chile Powder (order it here)
- 1/2 cup Paprika
- 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Kosher Salt
- 1/4 cup Ground Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 cup Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoons Mustard Powder
- 2 tablespoons Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Chipotle Powder

Combine all ingredients into a large bowl

Mix thoroughly making sure to get ingredients from the bottom of the bowl.

Sift though a screen to break up brown sugar completely and remove any large particles.
|
 |
Store in a sealed container - Stores indefinitely, disappears quickly. :)
