Brie and Herb Cheeses in Pastry

1 10 x 9 inch sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed 1 (14-ounce) wheel Brie cheese 2 (4-ounce) packages garlic and herb semi-soft cheese 1 egg, beaten 1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup Mango Cutney

1. Lightly flour baking sheet. 2. Place puff pastry on prepared sheet and roll out gently to remove fold lines. Place Brie in center of pastry. Spread 1 package semi-soft cheese on Brie. 3. Turn Brie over. Spread remaining semi-soft cheese on second side of Brie. 4. Bring pastry up around sides and over cheese, wrapping completely and trimming excess pastry. Turn over and place seam side down. 5. Gather pastry scraps; re-roll and cut out decorations to place on top of pastry if desired. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before baking.) 6. Combine egg and water. Brush over top. Preheat oven to 375° and bake pastry until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes, and top with mango chuntey
Serve warm with crackers or French bread.
